Maria's areas of specialization include: NGO & Corporate financial management, NGO Operations Management, government & business liaison, HR management, and helping international and local NGO's through the complex processes of NGO registration and tax compliance.
Maria also provides soft-skills training (in Khmer or English) in such areas as financial management, HR management, taxation compliance, leadership and management training, etc.
Maria has worked in one of Cambodia's top accounting firms as well as for a number of international NGO's and local Cambodian businesses.
Paul has worked in over 30 countries in a variety of roles such as IT Management, Software Development & Project Management, Business Analyst, Teacher, Fundraising, and Public Relations.
Paul has been very effective in helping organisations through periods of change, providing exceptional management, leadership/mentoring of staff, and ensuring pro-active and non-technical communication to management and stake holders so everyone understands the strategies and can ‘buy into’ the approach.
Paul has also been regularly recognised and awarded by clients and employers for his innovative solutions, quality, excellence and for delivering projects and tasks on-time and on-budget.
Business as Mission Staff
PO Sokha has worked in Malaysia and Singapore for many years and recently returned to Cambodia. She has a heart for serving the elderly and the poor and will be helping New Day New Life with our Business as Mission projects which will be used to raise additional funds through a small café business located at the New Day New Life office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
New Day New Life is a fully registered Local NGO established in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Our mission is to bring love, care to the poorest elderly living in remote areas through the provision of food support (basic needs), health care, spiritual care and well-being activities.

This wheelchair was donated by three wonderful Cambodian ladies so that this crippled girl (who is in the care of her very poor elderly mother) can now have some mobility and freedom that she has never had before
